Madumi Jayathilaka
Victoria Global Institute is led by Miss Madumi Jayathilaka, a healthcare professional whose own journey shapes everything we teach. Graduated in Bsc Nursing (Hons.) at Sunderland University, UK, and brings years of frontline clinical experience as a former registered nurse at Nawaloka Hospitals PLC, one of Sri Lanka’s leading private hospitals. And also she’s a PHSRC registered authenticated nurse.
Having cared for patients herself, she understands exactly what it takes to train someone into a confident, compassionate, and job-ready caregiver — not just in theory, but in practice. It’s this first-hand experience that shapes our hands-on training approach, and her genuine belief in every student’s potential that keeps our institute feeling like a family rather than just a training centre.

ඔව්, අපි රජයේ පිළිගත් ආයනතයක්. Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission (තෘතීයික හා වෘත්තීය අධ්යාපන කොමිෂන් සභාව) හි අධීක්ෂනය යටතේ ක්රියාත්මක වෙන ආයතනයක්.

වෙබ් පිටිවෙහි සියලු විස්තර සදහන් කරල තියනව, තව වැඩිදුර විස්තරයක් ඕනිනම් අපිට පණිවුඩයක් නැත්නම් ඇමතුමක් දෙන්න
NVQ සහතිකය ඕනෑම රටකට පිළිගන්නවාද?
ඔව්, ඊශ්රයලය වගේ රටවලට පිළිගන්නේ NVA level 4 පමණයි. යුරෝපය, ඕස්ට්රේලියාව, නවසීලන්තය වගේ රටවලට NVA level 4 අවශ්යයි. මෙය ශ්රී ලංකා රජයෙන් පිරිනමන සහතිකයක් නිසා ලෝකෙම පිලිගන්නවා. යන රට අනුව අනු අවශ්යතාවයන් තියන නිසා අපිව සම්බන්ධ කරගන්න මුලින්ම. අපි දැනුවත් කිරීම් කරනවා මුදලක් නැතිවම.
